Knowing how to dance today is something normal! Whether you do it professionally, recreationally, or you have a wedding so you want to shine on the dance floor. There are those of you who never decided to enter that world. Maybe my reasons will push you a little though!

  1. General knowledge! My opinion is that everyone should know how to dance, especially waltz or disco fox. If you find yourself in a situation where you are at a wedding, on a dance floor, somewhere in a club, or another gathering, and you are trying to dance I think the greater embarrassment will be stepping on others feet than actually asking someone if she or he wants to dance with you.

  2. It is great for your health! Dancing increases the capacity of our lungs, it is good for the heart as well as the circulation. Reduces the risk of osteoporosis. Improves sleep quality. Increases endurance, flexibility, coordination, and flexibility.

  3. Dancing and exercising releases serotonin, the hormone of happiness, so we can freely say that dancing makes us happy! It reduces the possibility of depression, anxiety, and is, therefore an excellent natural antidepressant.

  4. It helps to raise and strengthen self-confidence! Dancing puts a lot of emphasis on posture, tightening muscles, and is therefore great for all those who work at a computer, as well as those with a bad posture.

  5. Lose pounds! If you haven’t tried it yet, dancing is one of the most beautiful ways to melt the extra pounds. Don’t think dancing is easy.

  6. You make a lot of new friendships! You enrich social life! You increase the possibility of meeting your soulmate!

  7. You develop better brain memory, therefore you train your brain! Physical activity increases mental flexibility and speed of information processing after only 45 minutes of exercise. Scientific research shows that dancing reduces the risk of dementia by as much as 76%, and helps patients with Parkinson's and Alzheimer's.

  8. Dancing is fun!

  9. Keeps us young! It's no secret that dancing stops the process of physical and mental aging!

  10. Dance is absolutely the best choice for every age group, without exception!
